On site was great. However, I had to go on site because the delivery driver never knocked nor rang my doorbell. He hust put a letter on door saying he attempted to drop off the package, but no one was home. I was in my living room watching tv and never heard anything. I did see the van leaving my neighborhood, but by then it was too late.
They incorrectly charged me for underweight package and charged me a ridiculous fee after shipping. Never using them again
Very fast service in the store; when you go to drop off your package in the photography department, they attend to you super fast.
