They pretended to deliver my package and didn’t leave a tag. Our lights were on in the picture they uploaded, so we were home. It’s been 2 days since we’ve been waiting for our large item. Terrible service!
Shamefull, but the reviews say it all. Use UPS
FedEx's delivery service is atrocious. Save yourself the trouble and avoid any company that uses them, especially if your package goes through their La Grange facility. Drivers there will routinely load packages, then turn them right back around to the warehouse because they don't feel like delivering larger items. Very bad service, they delay my delivery several times. Very frustrating, they not answer the phone to provide any solution and the automatic system horrible.
