Horrible. Still waiting for package, 3 times they state attempted delivery--THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT. Phone customer service has been unable to help.
They’ve sent me messages that my package wasn’t delivered because I wasn’t home and I check the cameras and at no point do they pass by, then when they do deliver other packages at my house the one that needs signing they just never come to the door and this has been 3 times they do this and customer support justs gives me the same lines everytime, now I have to go out of my way to pick it up because they are incompetent to do it themselves
