If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service there is absolutely horrible. I understand using a quick drop-off area to get customers in and out, and I’ve used that option before with no problem. However, when I have a particular item I’m shipping that I want handled with a little more care, I should be able to drop it off directly at the counter. Unfortunately, they were not accommodating at all, and the entire experience was very frustrating.
Horrendous experience. Call FedEx to find phantom package and every agent told a different story that belied every other story. Trained to LIE!!!
