Wow Fedex. Man that’s crazy. You have a whole hand truck and then dump my package at the end of the driveway while I was putting on shoes to come out and help pull it up my slight hill of a driveway. Thank you to the USPS mailman that saw what she did and helped me carry it up my driveway when it wasn’t even his job. FedEx is the lowest of the low in the shipping world.
Whoever was working the fedex counter around 7pm, 5-13-25 could not have been more rude. No greeting, then talked very rudely toward me in front of my young daughter. I even asked if I was supposed to receive a receipt and she just straight up said "no". The rudeness was completely unprovoked. I don't know if she's just miserable or what, but, that's not the customer's fault.
