Fedex delivered all three packages together to the wrong address. The entrance on the delivery pictures are not my house. I called the customer service, they would not help me, had to go through the shipper to contact Fedex. Terrible experience. I will not use Fedex from now on.
Incredibly lazy, I would think, incompetent, but when pressed to do their job, then all of a sudden they know what to do.
