I decided to use this location as a FedEx drop-off site. The employee stated the scanner was not working and ensured me the package would be picked up promptly when FedEX arrived the next day. I provided both my email and phone number in case of any issues. The package sat behind the counter for a full 7 days without being picked up. I was never notified or contacted in any form.
