I have dropped off 2-3 packages with the Walgreens employees before, and had no issues. They simple scan it, get you to sign, and then it's all taken care of.
Apparently, they allow drivers to say they attempted even though they did not. When you call corporate, they don’t allow the drivers to turn around, but leave notes that the driver will ignore the next day.
Good customer service
Open till 7 pm sure makes getting the late package out easier
Note there is no "drop off", they have to scan the package. Terrible customer service
