Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came in to drop off a package, but the staff refused to accept it even though they were open and employees were present. The customer service was poor, and the employees did not seem to know their own shipping policies regarding what types and sizes of boxes they accept. I would not recommend this location.
Only drop off. Can't walk in to ship
I want to talk to a person to get a shipping estimate. I do not want to use the digital assistant as this is a complicated request. I will not use FED EX ever for this and I recommend you call UPS, they answer their phones and were really helpful.
I have dropped off 2-3 packages with the Walgreens employees before, and had no issues. They simple scan it, get you to sign, and then it's all taken care of.
Apparently, they allow drivers to say they attempted even though they did not. When you call corporate, they don’t allow the drivers to turn around, but leave notes that the driver will ignore the next day.
