They were very helpful for pre-labeled package drop-off. The only small thing to possibly complain about was a few minute wait, as the agent helped the customer in front of me with a lengthy issue. However, I would want the same kind of customer service, so was happy to wait patiently. The service was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful!
