Shipped a shoebox today. It was thick cardboard, but was told I had to have another box to put it in. Okay. Their box was $7.50. That’s not the cost to ship, but the cost for a tiny cardboard box. I’ve been to this location many times. The employee was nice and he doesn’t set the policies, but this is price gouging plain and simple. FedEx price gouges their customers. Their brand is completely ruined in my eyes, I’ll never step foot in a fed ex location again.
