The FedEx is where the photo counter is. The lady manages FedEx apprently has to tend the cashier counter. She made me wait until she finished a long cashier line before came back to me. She could've told me to stand in cashiers line, which I came before a lot of the people. Update: despite of the wait, the lady mistakenly scanned the old label (which already I peeled off partially). The package is now back at my house. Ughh
