I got there and the lady gave me an attitude before I even opened my mouth. I am returning the item in the box it came in, so naturally it hasn’t been taped back up, and she unnecessarily raised her voice telling me they “ain’t taping that up for you” in a patronizing/condescending tone. Every other shipping location I’ve been to before has understood providing convenience for customers, and usually they would just tape it up quickly for me because it’s really not a big deal. Incredibly rude for no reason.
The FedEx service in East Rutherford is excellent and fast. The staff is good.
