I called customer service concerning shipping requirements before shipping a package. I ended up having to call twice because the call was terminated, in both cases, at the same point. I do not have a shipping number or door tag number and I required a customer service representative to advise me on what I could ship, how I should present it to them, and how they would secure the package. Just as a heads up: They do not take packages of their cupboard is full and there is no way to check beforehand. Better off going to a real FedEx location
