The drop off is in a Walgreens store. No signage outside telling you it's in there. No Fed-Ex employee was there when I was. Had to get the cashier to call another Walgreens employee to take my prepaid box, and she had to use her cell phone/ store cell phone to actually scan the package instead of a regular register/ scan gun to check the box in. 3 stars because the lady that helped me was very nice, 1 star for Fed-Ex.

I had a 20lb box 22x16x12. They refused to take it couldn't believe that this box was delivered by mistake and did the recipient favor and promised to send it! The ladies working there gave me a attitude that I hated because im a walgreens lifetime customer and felt omg I need respect here. I asked the lady who was wearing glasses is this America??
