Fast and efficient, no waits whatsoever!
My package was supposed to be delivered Friday never received it. Here it is Monday I get an email that my package is on the truck out for delivery which I found out was a flat out lie !!! My package never was on the truck at all so wasn't delivered today either!! Most definitely never using fed ex again. Biggest mistake ever. Save yourself time and frustration and use UPS .
