Claim they can’t take a 20lb package that is “too large”. If you have anything 24x18x12 or similar, don’t even bother going here. What’s the point of a drop off zone if you can’t drop off packages of that size and weight even?
There is rarely anyone at the counter to help you. If/when they come around they seem bothered. This store is short staffed and poorly managed.

Great customer service
Brought in a package to be returned (instructions said FedEx would print the label for me). Lady printed the label, but said she didn't have tape to fix it on the box. She told me I could buy tape and tape it myself. How does a Fedex inside a Walgreens not have tape? Very frustrating
