They couldn't scan a qr code of a shipping label from my phone. The second associate who supposedly should have helped (after the first one failed the task) disappeared for several minutes, then was found at the main register helping other customers. Went to a different fedex down the street, and everything went smoothly and quickly. Don't go here.
FedEx continually leaves my packages in the street behind my house instead bringing them to my front door which has a covered entry. I have set up my online preferences, I have called and been assured it won’t happen again, and I have a sign on my back garage. Still they throw my packages in the ally every time to get hit by cars, rained on, and stollen. FedEx is the only delivery service that does this.
Offer drop off and pick up for FEDEX with a shipping label, or pick up with ID, not full service, but still nice if you don't trust the druggies in your neighborhood with your packages...Thanks WALGREENS!!!!!
When FedEx leaves 10k of your order on the main road next to your house because there to lazy to bring it to your doorstep. Not cool!!
