test employees COMMON SENSE Do you ever test your employees for common sense? It is imperative that your employees have some common sense, you cannot walk up to a persons house see a disability rampway going to the right and a over grown cement steps to the left, and leave the package at your most convenient place on the over grown steps when CLEARLY using COMMON SENSE, you could determine that the DISABLED guy wont be able to get the package on the over grown steps, that's why he has a disability ramp....YET EVERY SINGLE ON... read more

I'm quite pissed right now as tonight was the SECOND time a Brainerd driver that delivered to Wadena has left my package on another street, a completely different street from the first time at that!!!! About a month ago I ordered an Air Conditioner as our windows are sliding vertical windows and our local walmart ect was out and it was up in the 90s that week.
