In capable of supplying customer needs saying they do not Have the capability to print anything but return labels by barcode. I have done business with FedEx here before And the last time we went without a hitch. This time feels like they didn't even want to do their job personally. My suggestion/recommendation is you actually have the technology or change the procedures up so that way it is fully capable and not forcing customers to have to do things sadly or ordinary To get business done.
