Terrible, absolutely terrible phone system on Fedex' part. Decision tree was not intuitive, not helpful and basically hung up instead of letting me talk to a live person. Fail.
Easy and self sufficient but the last woman I had there was very friendly and helpful when I couldn't use self service.
