This is NOT a FedEx. Ita a Walgreens and they do not sell any fedex packaging or envelopes. They stated they are only a 3rd party where fedex does pickups.
Terrible, absolutely terrible phone system on Fedex' part. Decision tree was not intuitive, not helpful and basically hung up instead of letting me talk to a live person. Fail.
