I arrived with a small package and digital print label from a major company. It took 10 minutes for their staff to figure out their password for FedEx. They then couldn't figure out how to scan the label, so gave up. Emailing them the label was the last option, but they couldn't do that either because the only person with an email account linked to their printer is their supervisor, who was gone.
