This is a FedEx drop inside the Dollar General in Rockford. So let me give you the highest praise I can think of. I walked in with a large box. There were two of you and you stopped talking to each other and told me the drop off was almost exactly where I was standing. You scanned my item with 30 seconds, I got an almost immediate text, you wished me a good day, and I was off with a drink. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Hey USPS, if you had to compete, you'd be left in the dust.
FedEx drivers leave packages in the entryway of my apartment building instead of getting buzzed in and leaving the package at the apartment door. Frustrating as there has been issues with packages going missing.
