Dearest fedex when I pay extra to get a package delivered in two days with sensitive temperature materials I expect your handlers to do their job and not to damage the package. But oh no you couldn’t possibly do that now the package is damaged by you and the food will spoil thanks to your incompetence. Next remind me to use anyone else but you.
