How is there a worse delivery service than USPS... Have tried dropping off my package 3 times.. I live in an apartment. Everyone can get into the building aside from apparently Fed Ex ... Yet they refuse to let me pay extra to pick it up at their own location. AND!!! I cant talk to a real person ever... how are these people still in business?
