Any time I see my package arrives at this location, I automatically know it'll take another 1-3 days beyond when it should have got to my address. A package could arrive at this location at 5 in the morning, and it won't go out that day because "business was closed". I don't live at a business, and I'm home all day.
Useless as a shipping location. Couldn't even help with tape for a FedEx prepaid label for a return. Had to drive back across town another 20 minutes to get my return shipped. Pretty indicative of how all FedEx services are... Worthless. I'm not sure why any business partners with them because it just makes the business look bad.
Never waited more than 5 minutes for service. Staff is friendly and efficient.
