Don't use this place. I tried to ship a modem for AT&T which they have a contract with AT&T to scan, rat pack and ship my equipment back to AT&T and give me a receipt for my records. They wouldn't even read the piece of paper that AT&T sent wouldn't even scan. The barcode said I need to do it all because they're not going to do it. Didn't even read the paper. Just picked it up and said no. You have a contract with AT&T and your denying it..
