If there is an onsite at this location no one knows about it so I would say it is as worthless as all of FedEx.
Customer service is terrible. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Their automated system did not answer my question, and their automated system refused to connect me with a person (during business hours on a weekday) and it hung up on me. Do not do business with this miserable company if they do not correct this.
