If I could give zero stars I would. My food is sitting in their warehouse going rotten and they won't answer their phones or they put us on hold til they close then they play the "We're closed right now" message.
The driver Jordan from Escanaba that comes to Iron Mountain yeah he's incompetent yesterday stopped at my house like he had something to deliver I go out and I ask him for my package because it's supposed to be delivered yesterday oh I had to leave that in Escanaba okay and then he leaves Well why'd you even stop at my house in the first place so today the kid same person same driver Drives By like he has nothing to deliver great job on hiring people FedEx they are incompetent they can't even do their job correctly
