Patient, helpful.
When I called Walgreens to verify that they were a FedEx drop off point, the lady who I spoke with was very rude. Whatever happened to being courteous and friendly to customers. We all have problems, but don’t take your problems out on other people. If you don’t like your job then find one you do like.
