Didn't use the Fed Ex, but I go here a few times a week for things I need. Staff is wonderful!
The scanner never works. You have to wait for 10 minutes for a cashier to even notice you were in the store for them to come up to you and say well I wonder if it's going to even work today and then proceed to try to scan it once and say nope it's broken go somewhere else.
