The employee that helped me was fantastic! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dropping off my package was quick and easy.
The drivers are suppose to leave packages in the mail room at Parkview Corner not out side anywhere as your drivers do. The one star rating is even too good for your drivers.
Refused FedEx drop off, with paper work...saying they had too much, shelf was full. Item was too big for shelf anyhow, but floor had plenty of room. So unfriendly, unprofessional and unDollarGeneral. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Not an onsite mailing service for FedEx as website indicates, just a drop off box location.
