fedex is a horrible company. ive been waiting on my new cellphone with new service for over 10 days now it was originally an overnight situation but calling them they lied to me which added an extra 2 days to the nonsense. said my shipping was correct on Friday and it will be shipped on Monday. They lie about delivering packages and management doesn’t care.
They won't call to let me know they are approaching. I sat by the door of my apt for a while when I got a text saying they attempted when nobody showed. AWFUL!!
