They won't call to let me know they are approaching. I sat by the door of my apt for a while when I got a text saying they attempted when nobody showed. AWFUL!!

Hey can you guys actually ring the doorbell or even knock. I've put the sign release form out for y'all and still you people refuse to deliver my package. I'm starting to get extremely annoyed at this service because twice these people have said "We missed you". Also the fact that you can't call a person but only an automated response is so dumb. Please deliver my package!!!
Went in for notary. The man was very nice and helpful, along with the other staff.
