I tried to call FedEx office and you would not help me. The robot told me to call during office hour, but did not give me office hour for a 24 hr open? I am trying to speak to a representative before I drive in. It might be a waste of my time to go in and ask for service because I wanted to know if the would cut a book for me to separate the chapter. How does a 24 hour store have office hours for me to talk to a representative?

Very disappointed in FedEx service at this Walgreens location. I had the documents I was going to mail and a printed prepaid FedEx label. I was told I needed to purchase an envelope from Walgreens because they didn’t have any. I said thank you and left.
