Driver threw my package out his door onto driveway at road. Delivery message stated "left at front door" which is a blatant lie. I have video showing the package being thrown out the truck door at the road. Still don't have it. Called fedex customer service. What a joke! Worst shipping company ever. Don't know how they stay in business. Wish I could show video.
They delivered my package to the wrong address and I called them and they said the shipper has to file a claim for the items. That's crazy the receiver should be able to file the claim. I like to have never got my money back for the items.
got packages delivered to vacant house on fate Rankin rd. I watched two people carry packages in snow to the empty home.my email said packages are delivered.but to wrong address.
