I wish I could give no star reviews. Because FedEx in McComb MS doesn't deserve any stars. I was supposed to get my package Wednesday (10/01/25) and it is now Friday (10/03/25) and I still haven't received my package. They never answer when you can and when you try to use the contact button, it sends you to some bullshit AI chat that doesn't help at all. I am so sick of bullshit postal companies. DO BETTER FEDEX!!

My package wasn’t deliver properly. I had an overnight delivery because my medication needs to be kept refrigerated. My fedex driver marked my package address insufficient and was late 4 days. She tried again the next day but still couldn’t find my address. My package was sent back. The pharmacist sent me a new package and same thing happen .. this time she ask one of the neighbor around the area to deliver it to me. He was a sweet gentleman.

They are trying to make people to suffer. They are lazy to deliver my package which was suppose to be deliver overnight because it needs to be refrigerated. I waited 4 days to be told that my address is incorrect. It is NOT incorrect. It’s the right address!!!! IT IS THE RIGHT address!!! Whoever hired that person to deliver package is beyond 🤬.. how hard is it to follow a GPS !!!! Slow down on the road and you will see it!!!
