Store hours posted said they open at 11am on Saturday. At 11:15 there were 5 customers lined up and no one to be found, doors locked, lights off, I guess they slept in. You can’t run a business when you forget to open your store
Whoever was scheduled on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, needs customer service training. He clocked out for lunch while watching me walk up with a 20-pound box, refusing to wait five seconds to scan a label. Unfortunately, this was an emergency, which he was informed of - no compassion, respect, or understanding. Appalling level of disrespect and lack of care for customers.
