Alex, the assistant manager has extremely poor customer service skills and a "do as little as possible" attitude. He is generally confrontational and needs a better understanding of what skills are needed to be helpful. Simply someone who is unqualified to be in their job position and a poor representative of the FedEx company.
Talked to Kayla (hope I got the right name!) about a duplicate tracking number/help finding my package and she was super friendly, efficient and helpful. A driver present at the location also jumped in and helped out. Thank you guys so much!
