Experienced very bad service. The employee helping me through the boxes. Did not care that there was a laptop in one of the boxes.
The Assistant Manager Alex was so helpful in assisting me with printing and using the self service printer when he noticed I needed help. His patience, willingness to help, and customer service were greatly appreciated. He turned what could have been a more time-consuming, frustrating experience into a positive one.
Mr. Albert is very nice man ! I'm so grateful to him! He offered me help voluntarily! I have a great impression of FedEx, and I'll definitely use FedEx again next time.
