Nothing to do with the service from the staff they did the best they could this is on FedEx as a whole.. I have a lazy driver who doesn't bother to contact the customer when my gate was closed to enter the complex.. made a not of it Then get it rerouted to this ship center and the customer service rep lied and said would be here today and to go collect. Now I get there and they are telling me I habe to drive back tomorrow bc even though it shows it's at the facility its nit tbere. Like why is this so difficult
Website says they do printing services - they do not. The guy at the counter recommended to a different location that does do printing services - they don't either. No more FedEx for me
The lady at the front was so nice! She let me in even though I didn’t realized they weren’t going to be open for another 5 min. Thank you!
