Store manager would not take my international letter. Gave erroneous information about what I needed just to mail a letter. I checked on FedEx official website that what he said was wrong but he insisted. Ended up going to the FedEx office nearby at Cal Ave and there was absolutely no problem there.
On 1/28 5:50 pm Daniel the store manager was very uncooperative and marked my package as damaged because I attempted to ship 2 laptops in a separate box in the same larger size Fedex box that I secured with padding. As I was leaving i saw him put 1 piece of tape on my 1 side. When i requested to tape all sides he refused. He didnt notify me ground pickup already came for the day. Terrible experience and customer service and now my package will not arrive on time.
Shipped my suitcases from here and three of my expensive hand bags and my watch were stolen out of my suitcases. Lock your suitcases or FedEx will steal your stuff and deny your claims for insurance coverage. Go somewhere else with more than one employee who would advise you their policies and to lock the bags.
I love FedEx. I don’t care what location I visit. This one is my closes to where I live. These are their hours. I am just informing.. thank you….
