The guy there was really nice and helpful
Staff was friendly and helpful
Stopped by to return our AT&T modem and showed them the barcode and the employee working there kept mandating an account number even though the email clearly mentioned that only the barcode is needed for a fast checkout. He was very rude and clearly didn’t know what he was talking about. Went to another FedEx location and they used the barcode and made the return with no issue.
Store manager would not take my international letter. Gave erroneous information about what I needed just to mail a letter. I checked on FedEx official website that what he said was wrong but he insisted. Ended up going to the FedEx office nearby at Cal Ave and there was absolutely no problem there.
On 1/28 5:50 pm Daniel the store manager was very uncooperative and marked my package as damaged because I attempted to ship 2 laptops in a separate box in the same larger size Fedex box that I secured with padding. As I was leaving i saw him put 1 piece of tape on my 1 side. When i requested to tape all sides he refused. He didnt notify me ground pickup already came for the day. Terrible experience and customer service and now my package will not arrive on time.
