The female employee that works there is very lazy! My whole point of coming to the location was to get assistance with shipping. She handed me a card and told me to go on line to complete shipping. She watched me struggle with the website until it was time to close then finally decided to assist me with printing a label herself after almost 2 hours of being in the store! Very poor customer service!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employee there Jasmine was very rude. She lacks simple customer service skills.
They always play games. Multiple time my courier was missed by them and do not get the package on time. very disappointment with the service they provide.
