Andrew is the most helpful, positive person I have ever met. I've been going to this FedEx for awhile and no matter what he is always in a great mood and so willing to help me. Never makes me feel rushed. He welcomes everyone in with a HUGE smile and kind words. I even was like "It's Christmas week. I'm sure you are slammed" expecting him to have a negative answer and he responded like "Well it's only one week a year and it makes the days go by super fast". Always looking at the bright side and I love it.
