Jason went out of his way to help us and got everything done in a timely fashion. He told us he would give us a call the following day when everything was ready, and he completed the job prior to the deadline. He was pleasant to deal with and more than helpful. If I owned a business, I would hire him. It is not often you find employees that take pride in their work.
In a ski town with shrinking housing options, Aspen FedEx employees are very nice and attentive, The only issue is when self entitled customers ruin their good service moods.
Jason was incredibly helpful with my last minute print needs. He put aside my worries and worked with me to get what I needed done quickly and correctly. I really appreciate his assistance and the overall support of the entire team I saw at this location.
