Disappointing experience. I came in to drop off a package and asked for a receipt. Instead of helping me, the employee told me to scan it myself at the kiosk. When I asked if she could just scan it for me, she said, ‘We can, but we prefer you do it at the kiosk.’ This is the part I don’t get. If customers are expected to do everything themselves, why are employees standing around at the counter? At my own job, when a customer asks me something, it’s my job to help them — not redirect them to a machine. We pay for this servic... read more

Every package I order that goes through this location is always 2-7 days late. Based on the tracking number and delivery date fedex shows. Time for new management at this facility
