I mailed a package from this location on Friday and found Brendon from the staff to be absolutely reckless. I wrote down the international address and he made 5 mistakes, I kept correcting him and he kept rushing me. He didn’t even take the phone number for the international address. He was so unbothered by his mistakes and went to assist different customer, came back and told me I am all done without even giving me the tracking id. Lo and behold! I just want to thank Brendan, who is an associate at this location. Brendan works incredibly hard and has fantastic customer service. I come to this location specifically because of how helpful he always is. Definitely give him a raise cause he deserves a big one!!
