I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. The woman working has claimed she is the manager. Her name is Miranda. Never have I experienced such a rude personality in this location. Grabbing items from my hand and throwing items around the store. Refusing to help people if they are having trouble. Making ugly faces to everyone. Great customer service at FedEx Office on SE Military Dr. The employee (salt-and-pepper hair, great smile) handled multiple customers and a phone call with ease while still being friendly and efficient. Great multitasking, upbeat vibe, and even good music in the background. Quick, smooth In-N-Out style service. Highly recommend

This is my favorite FedEx to go to. Hands down the best experience with the staff, respectful, helpful, quick and kind, and the manager is a gem. I come here as often as I can for my needs. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO! AND ALL THE HELP!
