I was inquiring about getting some items shipped from TX to MS. He was nice enough to tell me to purchase boxes from Walmart or Home Depot but I was told to go online or call FedEx for rates. Lol. I asked if he could check and he told me no. I came in store for assistance because online was confusing and I’m sure phone service will also be confusing. Thanks a lot.

I called multiple shops around town for a next day print job I needed for a BIG business presentation and these guys said they could get it done for me. I physically went into the store the day before I needed it done and the guy working said to call when they opened to connect with whoever was working to relay the deadline importance and to confirm the job details so I did.
