Last week I needed assistance shipping my daughter's things for her dorm room out of state to a FedEx holding facility. Alfonso was amazing! He helped me unload a few items to get an estimate before a final decision was made. Once I was in the clear, we unloaded the rest of the items and he made the magic happen!
