This is the third bad experience I’ve had with this Fed Ex office. I should not have to drive across town to get to a Fed Ex office with more integrity. They should all have acceptable service. I shipped some of my posters to a new vendor in MN. The guy who handled my shipment did the bare minimum in packaging the product, and I asked if he could put paper into the tube to secure the posters. He wouldn’t do it, and said it wasn’t needed. Whitney always takes care of me. I come in with multiple orders on different media. She always goes out of the way to complete my orders as soon as possible. She is on top of things.
Just visited this location to make flyers for my daughters cat who is missing. Adam went out of his way to help me get 20% off my color copies. He even mentioned another way for me to help connect with neighbors via an app. I love this location for it's hours but Adam as made this the best experience yet.
Awesome fast service and great staff! Will recommend to everyone
