Your employee at your FedEx location by the name of Tolu is a very RUDE employee. He replied so rudely to me that I was shocked. I moved on to the side. The next customer came in and he practically yelled at the customer. I could not resist at that time to address the issue and asked him why he is so rude. He replied back very angry that he do not have to answer. This type of behavior had not been seen yet by me. I filed a complaint with FedEx main FedEx office and hoping to hear back from them.

Employees were pleasant, cheerful, and friendly. They also gave good advice, had good ideas, and helped me get my project going quickly. Each time I come in now they smile & say hello.
