Rude unhelpful stuff
Tren is the most exceptional FedEx employee I've ever met. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and she puts the person first on finding the best option for them and their package. I trust her with my belongings 100%, and if FedEx continues to hire employees like Tren that care, I just know their company will soar. I will be coming back to FedEx always for my shipping and packaging services.
This place is a joke. Waited 20 minutes and nobody moved in line. Had six people in front of me. One register open had like four employees in the background whooping and hollering not doing anything. Can we get on a register maybe
If you appreciate your time and intelligence, do not even bother to come to this branch. The line went all the way to the sidewalk while all employees (except the one at the register) just talking and chilling. If FedEx provided you with 3 or 4 registers, use them.
