Great place for all your printing and fedex needs
I had a terrible experience at this location and would not recommend it. The staff clearly had no interest in doing their job and were incredibly rude. The service was unprofessional, and some employees even resorted to insults. One staff member in particular—a tall black man—was especially disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a quick and smooth service.
They don’t help
Rudest shop. Sneaks in charges for services not mentioned, when asked why, tells not to take it, when asked to destroy material citing private info, refused and told they don't care!
Wow, what a bad experience. Just came back to simple drop a package, label was already printed. The front desk lady "Kiana" was really short and in such a bad mood, really poor people skills even more to work on a Fedex front desk and deal with public on their behalf. Would have given Zero star if was allowed.
