I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. The employee I worked with (a man with a ponytail) was rude and dismissive while speaking to me, which made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. After spending time discussing my shipment, he only looked at the package at the very end and then said he couldn’t accept it.
