I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at FedEx Office on March 31st at 4:45 PM. I was attempting to ship a package with a friend. I was first in line, but the supervisor Abby, repeatedly served other customers, who arrived after me, stating that they had FedEx accounts. Had to drop off a package for shipping. The lady who helped me either has no training or is just outright rude. Terrible customer service , will never use this location again. Fedex employees at this location make their competition look like superstars.

I recently visited the FedEx location in Georgetown, Texas, to return a package and was met with exceptionally poor customer service. The staff, particularly the woman at the counter, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She seemed disinterested in assisting customers and failed to answer any of my questions regarding the return process. Her unprofessional behavior made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I had a terrible experience. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers or doing her job. She was unresponsive and showed no concern for me, which eventually led me to leave the store after a few minutes.
