Friendly and helpful staff.
Dropped off an overnight package at 10am but they didn't ship until the following day so arrived in two days. Not sure why it sat at store for 23 hours.
Hoy estuve en esta tienda y me trató un señor de muy mal genio, no tuvo ni la mínima intención de ayudarme a resolver mi requerimiento y lo ÚNICO que necesitaba era imprimir unas tarjetas de presentación. Me dijo que lo hiciera online que me llegaran a mi casa! Cuando otras veces he venido y una señora me ha ayudado a realizar el pedido. Que decepción! Creo que personas así no deberían atender al público.
Cody provided amazing service helping me print out 200+ copies! He walked me through the email process, put them in distinct piles, and packaged them for me. Amazing service! Also, Melissa was great as well. They have a great team here!
Let me tell you Mari is a five star team member. She is so helpful and friendly and professional. I appreciated her assistance today so much!!
