Very outdated and can't get their business together! The wrong QR code was scanned when I was attempting to make a return, after printing 2 labels I communicated they printed the wrong one. He then told me that is a problem because their QR code reader is giving them problems and I will just have to pay for the paper, 50cents. No big deal right? I go to this location almost every month. Jenna and Karsten are awesome. They get heavy boxes out of my car and cheerfully carry them in for me and always help in any way possible. I highly recommend this location.
Staff always seem friendly. Don't need to wait long normally.
