Shout out to Sharon, who (1) not only quickly answered the phone, but (2) made it possible for me to pick up my large poster 1 hour earlier! (3) She then called me 1 hour before my newly requested time to let me know it was done. And when I got to the store, (4) she remembered me and quickly got me on my way! Thank you Sharon!
