After to failed deliveries, I routed my package to this white rock location, to be picked Monday 9/31. It was confirmed. The representative was completely rude saying it wasn’t here and that it went to another location and I’d have to go there, which is 10 miles away. When I explained what I’ve been through, he was not helpful in any manner and told me to call customer service. In frustration I replied that I would.
