You can't print passport photos here. A staff member informed me of this in a very rude manner.
Scam. Been to countless FedEx locations across the country. This location makes up excuses to pack your items or threatens they will mark it as already damaged. To be clear, I’m taking about prepaid pre-packaged items from apple or Amazon, not something I packed myself. Waste of space for such a nice area.
Really great service from these folks. Kind and friendly and very understanding.
Terrible customer service... one of the ladies in the store who didn't want to help Decided to make up some unconventional rule about how they can't do something when they normally give that service to all of the customers. it's a shame that fedex has gone down hill.. don't go in this store 😒
It terrible service. They tell you how there going too box your stuff. Don't give you the opportunity too pick what you want your stuff sent in plus the one girl acts like she doesn't know the proper size box.then if you disagree they refuse too help you tell you too go some where else
