Terrible customer service... one of the ladies in the store who didn't want to help Decided to make up some unconventional rule about how they can't do something when they normally give that service to all of the customers. it's a shame that fedex has gone down hill.. don't go in this store 😒
It terrible service. They tell you how there going too box your stuff. Don't give you the opportunity too pick what you want your stuff sent in plus the one girl acts like she doesn't know the proper size box.then if you disagree they refuse too help you tell you too go some where else
Karen is a valuable asset to the EDH FedEx team. Personable, helpful, excellent suggestions, she even prepared an example image of what I could expect. She went above and beyond my expectations, helping me understand what some of the nuances were with enlarging the image I brought in. She did everything to help me understand what the process was and what I could expect, which is exactly what I received. I cant speak for the other employees there, but I must say Aletza was very helpful. It was busy when I got there and she handled the customers perfectly. She deserves a raise!
