Kinko’s in El Dorado Hills needs new help, the lady was making the situation more difficult than it needed to be, she even made me confused so I went to Folsom and it was the complete opposite. It took no more than 5 to 7 minutes and they handled my situation. If you don’t like what you do find another job.
This place has very nice people who work here . However I would not trust them to send a package . After speaking with the manager today about a package that was lost due to an error on their part. ( the Employee placed the wrong label on it .) The manager Angela said that she has to investigate what happened to the package before any credit or compensation can be made . Very disappointing considering they are responsible for the mistake . If I would have used the post office the package would have arrived before the funeral... read more
I’ve had a consistently bad experience at this location. Every time I visit, they ask me what's inside my packages, which is against their own policies. They often complain about my packing materials and have even refused to accept my packages, claiming they might not hold up to 100 lbs of weight — something I disagree with. On top of that, they lack transparency and don’t make their policies clear to customers. When I requested a fragile sticker for my package, they refused, which is also against their policies.
