My experience was great, the male staffer was professional and friendly, will do business with them again
The service is terrible at this location. They were not friendly and I felt like I was bothering them.
Went here twice and my husband went here thrice as its closest to our home. The staff ( especially the woman) quite rude-- always gave us the run around. She once told me that the shoe box was not appropriate and I went home all the way to get another box. Next time, she said the envelope was not okay and she tore it open( tearing my label as well) and took a long time to redo the whole thing. My husband mentioned that she made him buy a new box to ship an item because it was in a "wrong box" and she even made a comment that... read more
