Each and every time I come to this location, I know that I can always expect to have great customer service and professionalism from Kenny. Kenny always does such a great job helping the colors and my vision come to life from whatever it is that I need to print. My life always feels like it's being saved every time Kenny helps me out and I wholly appreciate that. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days, but Kenny is the saving grace!
I had a large custom printing order for pick up for a birthday party at this location and the lady with glasses working there was not friendly in the slightest both days I came in for this order. The original order I picked up looked absolutely beautiful with the laminate and the color saturation on the pages were vibrant and perfect. But they were not double-sided as I requested and paid for. So I asked if the pages could be corrected.
