I left my glasses at this location I'm trying to call customer service and the Machine isn't transfering me please give me a number to call there sunglasses there brand new inside next to the printer
I have visited this location several times and there is one employee that should not be working there. His customer service is extremely poor as well as his knowledge to assist with standard shipping questions. I was advised I could not ship a small perfume which I have done in the past . And per FedEx guidelines it states you can. I recommend additional training particularly his Customer Service!!
Kenny always provides exceptional customer service, she is super helpful and goes beyond her way with a SMILE! Learned something new today with labeling returns with her today. Thank you Kenny!
The manager is a good person if you speak or don’t speak English she tries to help you on the other hand the worker Deivin is denigrating, with people of color and with people who don’t speak English. I think that shouldn’t happen in a company like FedEx
I've used this location multiple times but this last time they really pulled through for me. Ken was able to work within our budget and deliver on a very short time line. I highly recommend this location.
