(update) looks like the issue with the store being closed during posted business hours has been mentioned in other reviews, some dating back SIX YEARS! So clearly this isn't an issue where they just happened to be short staffed, they've had six years of feedback from customers letting them know this is an issue that causes would be customers to waste time and resources in their effort to simply ship a package. I came in to get some papers printed in a hurry. The email didn't work the 1st time, and after sending it to the main email, the lady at the counter disappeared to the back for 10 minutes while I waited at the front. I could hear her and the manager giggling and talking in the back while I waited for her to come back. Finally, the other man helped me. I spoke to the manager who came out with her.
