Your pick up policy needs to be updated. I arrive to pick up a package and was turned away even though I was using my Colorado ID app and it wasn’t a screenshot. It was the actual drivers license on the app. I think that it’s 2026 almost and it’s time to get with the times cause that was very inconvenient.
Jacob was extremely helpful and took extra time and effort to ensure we were taken care of.
(update) looks like the issue with the store being closed during posted business hours has been mentioned in other reviews, some dating back SIX YEARS! So clearly this isn't an issue where they just happened to be short staffed, they've had six years of feedback from customers letting them know this is an issue that causes would be customers to waste time and resources in their effort to simply ship a package.
